A short read before the show.

Demo Night runs about two hours. Three teams, three live builds, a customer-judges panel, and a real-time audience vote. Below: how the night runs, what to wear, and how to reach us if anything's unclear.

The night

Run of show.

We start on time. Doors open at noon — that's the table, the lunch, and the room. Lunch will be served; eat while the teams set up, then the show starts sharp at 12:15.

12:00 PM Doors Check-in at the door list. Lunch is served — grab a plate and a seat. General admission; seating fills quickly.
12:15 PM Show starts Brief welcome from the USLege team — format, rules, prizes — then straight into the demos. Three teams, live builds, customer-judge panel.
1:15 PM The audience vote Voting opens on your phone. A few minutes to think and cast. Results go live on the marquee; winner is announced on stage.
After Mingle & depart Coffee and dessert out. Teams, judges, and the USLege crew are around — stick around for the post-mortem before you head back.
The fine print

Questions, answered.

The short version. If yours isn't here, reply to your save-the-date or email the team — we read everything.

What's the dress code?

Smart casual. Capitol-grade, not formal. Think "first meeting with a new client" — not a tie, not a t-shirt. The auditorium runs cool; bring a jacket.

Where is the venue?

Austin, TX — venue TBA. We're locking in the room a few weeks out and will email confirmed attendees with address, parking, and the closest hotel block one week before the show.

Can I bring a +1?

Yes — one guest per seat. Add their name on the RSVP form so they're on the door list. Plus-ones who aren't on the list can't be admitted; the room is small.

I'm flying in. Travel info?

Travel placeholder — details one week out. We'll send venue address, the closest hotel block, ride-share notes, and a recommendation for breakfast on the way in. AUS to downtown Austin is about 20 minutes outside rush.

Will the demos be recorded?

Yes. We record from the stage; the live audience vote is private. Recordings go to all attendees within a week, plus to anyone on the recap list (including folks who RSVP'd "Can't make it").

How does the vote work?

Audience-only, on your phone, after all three demos finish. One ballot per attendee. Customer judges press the teams from the panel during demos, but they don't pick the winner — the room does.

Is this on the record?

The demos are on the record — recorded, recapped, sometimes shared in marketing with the teams' permission. The hallway conversations are not. We don't pitch you on stage and we don't sell your name.

Accessibility?

The venue is ADA-accessible. If you need reserved seating, an ASL interpreter, dietary accommodations, or anything else to make the night work — note it in the comments box on your RSVP, or email info@uslege.ai directly.
